This is a unique client-centred approach that is aimed at increasing clients’ employability.   So whether the client aims to create a cv, gain voluntary or paid work, attend college or a training course or simply needs support to retain a job or complete a course, our skilled Occupational Job Search Officer and Retention Link Worker will be happy to assist.

The dedicated team will work alongside the client to determine their individual needs and work alongside their support networks to help the individual in setting and achieving realistic goals. The programme provides practical support and lasts for a maximum of 21 weeks.

Referral is by appointment with one of our Guidance Team. This programme is only available to Lewisham, Southwark, Lambeth and Greenwich residents aged 18 – 65.
